A fleet is not one decal repeated

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK runs a national franchise network on thousands of individually assigned vehicles. Every truck carries its own VIN, unit number, make, model, measurements, approved graphic version and order history. Orders come in after corporate audits, routine maintenance, damage, new openings, acquisitions and new vehicles — rarely on a schedule anyone sets.

One ordering path, every location

CG Detroit built an e-commerce ordering and payment process open to every U.S. franchise. A location can order a full cut-vinyl package or only the pieces a repair needs. CG Detroit holds the vehicle records, and the Account Services team checks each submission for completeness and fit — when something doesn’t line up, they call the franchise before anything is released. Production then makes the vehicle-specific side and rear graphics, including the assigned vehicle number, and ships direct. Locations use their own installers.

What changed

Franchises get one repeatable route from identifying a vehicle to paying for and receiving its graphics. Because the records already exist, an order is matched to the right vehicle, version, measurements and history instead of being specified from scratch. Most orders are reviewed, produced and shipped in under a week. The same path handles audit replacements, full and partial kits, new locations, acquisitions — and a corporate rebrand that will update wording across the fleet while keeping the established layout.
