Tell us about your space

CG Detroit has been a great partner to work with, from the initial planning phase through installation. Their team has been knowledgeable and flexible to meet our needs. We utilized several different application types including cutout lettering, full wall murals, and fabricated logos, and the final installations have exceeded our expectations and truly helped us bring our brand to life.

What facilities teams ask us first

Can you work in an occupied building without disrupting tenants?

Most of this work goes into buildings that stay open — campuses, credit-union branches, a museum, an NFL practice facility. Scheduling around occupancy is the normal case, not the exception, and it is agreed before install dates are set.

Being verified

Who carries the ADA and code liability?

We produce and install to the specification you or your architect approve, and we will flag where a proposed sign appears to conflict with ADA sizing, contrast or mounting-height requirements.

Compliance credentials and the liability split are being confirmed — do not read this as a code-compliance guarantee. MI#27.

Being verified

Will it match what we already have in other buildings?

Every element is produced from an approved file set held on our side, so a lobby refresh in year three matches the one installed in year one. This is the same brand-compliance discipline behind our multi-location fleet programmes.

How fast will you respond?

[AWAITING: response commitment — needs an owner before it can be published. OQ#10]
